What we supply
Chirag Electricals supplies the Selec range for control panels, machines and switchboards. For temperature control we keep Selec temperature controllers in 48 × 48, 72 × 72 and 96 × 96 mm sizes with thermocouple and RTD input and relay or SSR output, digital temperature indicators, and solid state relays from 25 to 90 A for switching heaters.
For timing and counting we supply Selec multifunction digital timers in panel and DIN-rail versions, preset counters, rate indicators and totalisers. For metering we supply true RMS digital ammeters and voltmeters for single-phase and three-phase panels, and multifunction meters that show volts, amps, power factor, power and energy on one display.

Which Selec products do you supply?

Which panel cut-out sizes are available?
Most Selec controllers, timers and meters come in standard panel sizes: 48 × 48, 48 × 96, 72 × 72 and 96 × 96 mm. Some timers and multifunction meters are also available for DIN-rail mounting. Tell us your cut-out size and we will match the model.
Which sensor works with a Selec temperature controller?
Selec temperature controllers and indicators take thermocouple or RTD (Pt100) input. Tell us the sensor you use and the temperature range, and we will suggest the right controller.
Why use a solid state relay with a temperature controller?
An SSR switches heater loads silently and without moving contacts, so it suits the fast on-off switching of a temperature controller. Choose an SSR rated above the heater current; we stock 25, 40 and 90 A Selec SSRs.
What does a multifunction meter measure?
A three-phase multifunction meter shows voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active and apparent power and energy (kWh) on one display, so it can replace separate ammeters, voltmeters and energy meters on a panel.
